When Merwinsville Hotel Restoration, Inc. first acquired this historically significant hotel, it was in urgent need of stabilization.

HVP worked to develop an overall plan for phased restoration of the structure, which included stabilization and repair work to the foundation and frame, exterior stairwell, kitchenette, first-floor bathroom, floor systems, and ballroom. For grant-writing purposes, HVP also provided schematic renderings of the building, and scope of work documents.
