HVP is seeking a Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, and eager to grow their leadership abilities in the high-performance residential construction industry. This role will involve managing and coordinating trade partners to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently and a willingness to learn and apply building science principles to complex projects are essential. Excellent communication and quality control skills are critical, as is the ability to use tools of the trade safely and efficiently.
We are willing to train a candidate with the right combination of skills, motivation, and ambition to grow into a leadership role. This position is full-time, and the work is generally within 25 miles of Kent, CT.
