Town Treasure
Seven Hearths, a National Register property owned by the Kent Historical Society, is significant both for its architectural integrity and its past inhabitants.
In cooperation with the Kent Historical Society, our team has completed restoration and stabilization projects in phased increments, including installation of a new composite roof, and rehabilitation of the privy through pouring a new foundation and installing new floors and cedar siding after executing repairs to the existing timber frame. We also completed a Historic Structure Report, outlining the existing architectural conditions and historic context of the property through written text, photographs, and digital 3D modeling.
